Resident Assistants live in Hosanna Community. They manage a home and assist the residents in leading a more independent life. Their activities include, but are not limited to:

- Being available to help as residents fix their breakfast and/or lunch
- Preparing the evening meal for the residents
- Administering first aid when required
- Planning meals and purchasing supplies
- Insuring that the residence is kept clean
- Helping residents improve their independence
- Inventory control
