Hosanna Community provides a each resident with the privacy of his or her own bedroom and the comfort and security of a community, allowing for privacy when desired, while knowing that assistance is available if needed. Each house has a live-in resident assistant to help and encourage residents with home routines and transportation.

Residents enjoy a variety of monthly activities including shopping, bowing, dining out and attending Chattanooga Brain Injury Association (CABIA) events. independent transportation for residents is provided by CARTA Care-A-Van a curb-to-curb service for individuals with disabilities.
